Frank is an outstanding agent and partner during the purchase of a home. Moving from out of state and not highly familiar with the area, Frank set up a virtual process to scout potential homes using video and/or live streaming to narrow our search. This enabled the best time usage when travelling to see possible homes. He was diligent and determined to find the right fit for us, reviewing many homes himself first in a large geographic area which required many hours of driving and much patience. A strong closing agent, he made sure our due diligence was thorough and completed within the closing timeline. Importantly the seller’s listing agent was irresponsible and not actively managing the property sale appropriately. The seller of our home nor seller’s agent provided essential information about the home requiring significant effort on Frank’s part to research and obtain the information including status and condition of the home, neighborhood association dues, historic home repairs and pest control services and service providers, including the septic system condition and legal status of the property. Frank’s knowledge and efforts were critical in tracking down this information and essential during the negotiations with the seller. His service went well above and beyond the normal agent role.
